WinHQGG Terms and Conditions – Rules of Use for Players

Welcome to winhqgg — an online gaming platform operated for players in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and winhqgg ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the winhqgg platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using winhqgg in any capacity — including browsing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet — you enter into a legally binding agreement with winhqgg under these Terms.

These Terms take effect from the moment you complete registration on winhqgg. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. WinHQGG will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification, but the absence of such notice does not affect the validity of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of winhqgg. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility

To register and use winhqgg, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. WinHQGG takes minimum age compliance seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You must not be an existing winhqgg player with a suspended or terminated account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

WinHQGG does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, officers, directors, agents, or family members of employees of winhqgg or any of its game providers, affiliate partners, or associated companies.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on winhqgg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:

• Your legal full name (as it appears on a valid government-issued ID)
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth
• Your contact number
• Your payment method details (for GCash, Maya, or bank account)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your winhqgg account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. WinHQGG will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

WinHQGG reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on winhqgg are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following policies apply to all financial transactions:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay/PESONet), Visa, and Mastercard
• Deposits are credited to your winhqgg balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider
• WinHQGG does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process same day; bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet process within one business day
• WinHQGG reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds
• Pending withdrawal requests may be reversed to your balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe

Bonuses and Promotions

WinHQGG offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your winhqgg account in a separate bonus balance and converted to real-money balance only upon fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be used in all games — excluded titles are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• WinHQGG reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. This includes rectifying errors in bonus amounts credited due to technical issues.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and are not a guaranteed income source. Maximum cashout limits may apply to certain promotional offers.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply across all gaming products on the winhqgg platform:

• All bets placed on winhqgg are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the betting window has closed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or power failure — winhqgg will use available logs to determine the last valid game state. Outcomes determined through such investigations are final.
• For live Sabong: if a match is declared void by the officiating venue before a result is reached, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.
• For sports betting: winhqgg follows standard sports betting settlement rules. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has elapsed, bets may be voided according to the applicable sporting rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in each game or market. WinHQGG reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• In cases where a game outcome is disputed, the result recorded in winhqgg's system logs shall be treated as definitive unless a clear and demonstrable error can be established.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winhqgg. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or creation of accounts using false information
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in player-vs-player formats such as Tongits
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through systematic betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play
• Chargeback fraud — initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds to place bets
• Money laundering — using winhqgg to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds associated with illegal activity
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with winhqgg games or betting markets without prior written consent
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or use your winhqgg account
• Underage play — registering or playing on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age

Responsible Gaming

WinHQGG is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period after any upward revision request.
• Self-Exclusion: Players can voluntarily exclude themselves from the winhqgg platform for a defined period. During self-exclusion, access to the account is suspended and all marketing communications are paused.
• Session Reminders: Players can enable time-based reminders that notify them of elapsed session duration.

Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winhqgg content without prior written authorisation
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on winhqgg's proprietary materials
• Use winhqgg's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context — including social media, websites, or advertising — without express written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any winhqgg software

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winhqgg's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WinHQGG is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of data resulting from events outside winhqgg's direct control
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game information

WinHQGG makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and accurate at all times but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Suspension and Termination

WinHQGG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• Requests by regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Voluntary account closure at the player's request

Upon termination for cause, winhqgg reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. If no breach is established, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable charges.

Dormant accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed without further notice. Dormant accounts with a remaining balance will have that balance maintained for a minimum of three years from the last activity date before any forfeiture process begins, in line with applicable regulations.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your winhqgg experience — including a disputed game result, payment issue, or account matter — please follow this process:

1. Contact Support First: Reach out to our customer support team via live chat or at support@winhqgg.app. Provide full details of your complaint including your account username, the date and time of the incident, and the specific issue. We aim to resolve most complaints within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the complaint in writing to our disputes team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior team member and a formal response provided within 14 business days.
3. External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the above process, you may seek recourse through the relevant regulatory authority or dispute resolution body applicable to your jurisdiction.

All disputes relating to game outcomes will be evaluated using server-side game logs, which are treated as the authoritative record of all game events on winhqgg.

Amendments

WinHQGG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect

Your continued use of winhqgg following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the platform and, if applicable, close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or formatting adjustments that do not affect the substance of the Terms — may be made without notification.
